Arcadia is a settlement consulting agency that helps people navigate the complexities of injury claims.

As a member of the Marketing team, I was responsible for producing multimedia deliverables to support individual consultants and large business campaigns.

A highlight of this role was how much I enjoyed designing with PowerPoint and Word—it kept me grounded in the basics of design and usability.

  • To meet the needs of Arcadia's workforce, 40% of my work was in PowerPoint.

  • Another 40% of my work was specialty projects done in Adobe's Creative Suite.

  • 20% of my work was done in Word, creating templates and urgent documents.

Depending on the project, I often contributed with some research, copy-editing, and proofreading to expedite—sometimes improve—the production process.

Due to the private nature of internal files, PowerPoint documents cannot be presented.

VETERANS DAY Video

(1) Presented with five Zoom interviews, my first goal was to interlace all stories into one cohesive narrative.

(2) With color correction and other creative choices, I achieved a consistent and pleasant presentation.

(3) Finally, I upscaled all low-res images and created the slideshow for the end of the video.
